Alcoholic Beverage Control Commissioner – HAC Café has on June 9, 2010 applied requesting approval of a variance from the provision of Rule 42.1 of the ABCC Rules to have a wet bar, external speakers and a paging system and the ability to provide live entertainment within the outdoor pool area of the HAC, located at 100 Fitness Way, Hockessin, DE

Deadline for filing opposition petitions – July 9, 2010

Alcoholic Beverage Control Commissioner – Padi Corporation has on June 1, 2010 applied for the restaurant for a premise located at 700 Lantana Dr. Hockessin, DE. Deadline for filing opposition petitions – July 1, 2010

Persons who are opposed to either of these applications should provide written notice of their objections to the Commissioner. For the Commissioner to be required to hold a hearing to consider additional input from persons opposed to either application, the Commissioner must receive one or more documents containing a total of at least ten (10) signatures of residents or property owners located within one (1) mile of the premises.
